2. Digital Products & Services
Due to the nature of digital content and services, all purchases are non-refundable and non-exchangeable. Once access is granted, the transaction is considered complete.
3. Physical Products
We maintain strict quality control; however, we do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges for physical products once delivered.
- If a product is damaged during shipping, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt with clear photo evidence, and we will review the case. Resolution will be at our sole discretion.

Payments for events, workshops, coaching sessions, or consulting services are non-refundable. If you are unable to attend a scheduled service, we may, at our discretion, allow rescheduling (subject to availability).

If you suspect fraudulent or unauthorized use of your payment method, please contact your bank or payment provider immediately. We are not responsible for resolving payment disputes outside our platform.
